Do you know of a module or mod allowing users to submit their content to the category they are browsing now, which will prevent the corresponding vocabulary from loading and allow only the associate vocabularies to load?

This is a useful feature when one has > 5000 terms in a vocabulary to choose from, a la DMOZ or Yahoo directory.
