How to do users´mashup? Combine import user-profiles and user-accounts?

Hi, I´ve got one dream vision: I would like to make "mashups" with using Google Maps with users´locations, but...
I need "pre-prepare" users´ accounts with rich profiles. And do this by automatically import function - I have a thousands of rows of these information.
So I´d like to do "users catalog" that way - visitor of site will be able to find his profile, log in to his account, and edit and complete all informations in profile (of course main condition - one user have only one own profile..), and add articles, posts, comments, and so on...

I have a CSV list with thousand informations like names, adresses - including latitudes, longtitudes, and other informations about potential users. I would like to make automatically USERS from this CSV (but the problem - I haven´t their email adresses! :-(

My first thought was to use modules Location, Profile, GMaps and User Import... it would be really simple solution (and I was really looking forward to realize it without any troubles), but...the problem is: module Location doesnot provide user´s Longtitude and Latitude for module User Import and so I cannot relate the items from CSV with user´s location... :-(
(but with the module Node import is possible to relate Location´s longitude and latitude of Node with the same items in imported CSV...)

I know modules CCK, Profiles, User Import, Node Profile, Node Family, User Node, Node Import, of course Views and GMaps, Location, and much more... and I combined all these modules, but I cannot get it like I need...

Is it possible to realize my idea?
Any other way?
