Matching the discussion for the quicktags module on http://drupal.org/node/72753
Since upgrading quicktags with that patch might break bbcode I thought best to create a matching patch to add item weight for Icon ordering to the BBcode module.

Thanks - I will commit your patch when the quicktags patch is committed.

PS: I've tried my level best to get Bèr to commit the quicktags patch since August 2006. So, I guess he may commit before 2010 if we are lucky.
