for loops are not incrementing

I downloaded Paging module from HEAD and it turns out that the two for loops in _paging_nodeapi never increment the $i. Don't know if this is simply a merge typo when you integrated the automatic paging patch.

Anycase, I generated a simple patch which fixes this.
