In Create content » Advertisement | Submit image, the Image section mention the "File attachments form section below". It does not seem to be present. I have the following sections showing:

* Image, Status, Statistics, Scheduling, (a form, Log message), Menu settings, Comment settings, Authoring information, and Publishing options.

I have tried disabling most Modules, and then re-enabling them, and likewise permissions for my three user types.

Before the problem, when it was working as expected, I was getting an error message to the effect that a particular image was "invalid", and I couldn't activate the advert. I can't find the error in my logs.

I have subsequently upgraded to the Dev snapshot for 9 Jan 2008 which continues with the problem.

The File Attachments section does appear in my Story and Page content types, and another installation of Drupal shows it correctly.

Sorry. Just found that the Content Type had attachments disabled. Perhaps a note in the image section of Create content » Advertisement | Submit image, would be hopeful for us dimwits.
