Extra information please....

What code did you install, when did you download it, what timezone are you in, where in the world is your server physically located, is this your first time using uieforum?

I have installed the HEAD version (downloaded 2008-1-10)
My current timezone is east coast time + 8hours. The "server" itself is on the east cost of US. Does that matter? It is not currently the server, it is the desktop (dev machine). I do not understand the question on the usage of the uieform. Perhaps, it might be useful that I have reinstalled uieforum once.
PHP is version 5.2.0
Mysql is version 5.0.32

Really, this shouldn't be a problem - I fixed this particular issue quite some time ago, and everyone who was experiencing it said that it was working fine.

Could you setup a clean drupal installation with nothing on it except for uieforum, and test it on that please?
