Aesthetic modification release

Cleaned up styles:

- Widened the width of the sidebar (shorter main content width)
- Changed styles for comments
- Added better blockquote styles
- Much better support for users' avatar/pictures in posts
- Added nicer list styles
- Cleaned up admin section
- Added styles for watchdog

If I didn't completely botch the CVS commit, this is a pretty solid release.
