CSS highlighting would be really cool. Is not there any module for this (yet)?
And CSS helper? I am asking too much, I know..

Not that I'm aware of. That would be the job of something like TinyMCE or another plugin module -- CSS Injector just handles managing the rules and the raw text of the CSS. You can write it in your CSS editor of choice. :)
