stella commentedPlease ensure that you've cleared your browser cache and updated all javascript files. This was an issue with 5.x-2.1 which should be fixed in 5.x-2.2. Can you provide a link to your site where this is happening if clearing the cache doesn't work? Or even just the source code?
Cheers,
Stella

magwep commentedHi,
First I'd like to thank the hard-working team who has created this module. I'm excited about possibly being able to use it once this bug works out for me.
So, I'd like to add to this bug report as I'm pretty sure I am experiencing a similar error as the original poster.
Site configuration:
- Drupal 5.6
- Optional modules: ACL, CCK, ImageAPI, ImageCache, JQuery 5.x-1.0, Views
I updated JQuery and followed the instructions *precisely* for deleting the original .js file in misc.
When Lightbox2 5.x-2.2 is enabled, this path is observed:
- Unlogged in state, access to initial homepage - no problem
- Log in, no problem
- Navigate and use Lightbox post, viewing images
- Click on logo to return to homepage
- System returns following error:
"Internet Explorer cannot open the following site: http://www.myurl.com. Operation aborted."
(Apologies - it is a beta client extranet that I'm using the site for so I don't want to publish the URL.)
The bug *is* reproducable. If I enable Lightbox2 again, it will re-occur. I've tried shutting off all other optional modules and still get the error.
I'm using IE 7.0.5730.11 on a laptop running MS Windows XP Professional Version 2002, SP 2.

stella commentedHi magwep,
Could you try out the dev version of the module? There's a fix in there which *should* fix an issue with a swfobject conflict - you just need to configure lightbox2 to load the javascript in the "footer" - it's a new option under the new "advanced settings" section of the settings page. Be sure to clear your browser cache after upgrading.
If it still fails to work, would you be able to send me your page source? or if it's not an issue, send me the url via my contact form - I understand if you don't wish to do this.
What theme are you using by the way?
Cheers,
Stella

magwep commentedWoot! It worked. Thanks, Stella! It's so nice having you on the case. I'm quite fond of this module and will likely use it for client presentations.
I'm just using Garland, by the way. Nothing fancy, yet.
Just fyi, and I hope this is okay (I'm new to Drupal, but I'm pretty sure it is) I will want to alter it slightly (if I've got the skills) so that it can do the following:
- Size the image for projection screen size with option to blow up
- Users should be able to click anywhere on the screen to advance to next image
- Escape from the slideshow either at the end or by clicking on a small x at the bottom of the slide
If I succeed I will let you know.
Thanks again for your help, Stella. Best wishes,
Mary
