There is an option to see the users details, to edit and to delte the node - but not to pusblish it on the fly. Would be great if that would be added!

You have the workflow modules for this so marking it won't fix.

Actually this proposed option would be a very nice feature, instead of going into workflow modules, we can approve a comment with a single click.
Please consider implementing this feature...please? :)
