I'm having a small problem. Well, the real problem is that I'm not as familiar with PHP as I need to be.

I want to allow the URLs to be shown when someone comments on my blog (www.seo-factor.com), but when one leaves their URL, it places mine in front of it on there link. For example:

If user puts in their comment, and puts their homepage as www.visitorspage.com, once they post the comment, the link becomes http://www.seo-factor.com/http://www.visitorspage.com. This is disheartening as I run an SEO blog and would love to let these links on my site. I don't mind the work it takes to clean the spammers that flock to these.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If the answer to this isn't known right off, can someone point me to another place to look into it? Are there any PHP forums with this sort of info? I really don't know much about the development community. Too smart for me.
