Permission denied when I tried to edit some term

As well as described in http://drupal.org/node/99927 and http://drupal.org/node/127765, I think that og_vocab need provides edit permission on vocabularies and related terms for a given role.
I basically, got some codes from taxomy.module and applied some patches. It's not a critique, but I don't know why "create a og_vocab_overview_terms" function and "og_vocab_menu -> Edit term", doesn't exist.
Someone can help me ?
