On the admin/user/relationships/settings page, the Send approve messages checkbox in unchecked. However, email is still being sent when users approve relationships.

I haven't tested other cases to determine if other mailer settings are being respected or ignored.

I've confirmed that the mailer plugin sends email to both parties when a relationship is removed, despite the fact that the Send remove messages checkbox in unchecked on admin/user/relationships/settings.

When you fix this, please confirm that all settings on that page are respected. Thanks.

When you tested these what state was "Allow users to turn off relationship messages" in?
