We'd like to be able to set a separate menu into which new domains will be created. We would very much like to have them in a menu, but not necessarily in "Navigation -> Domain" (the default.)

I won't be surprised at all if you already have this in there someplace, agentrickard! :)

The Domain Nav module should handle this. You should be able to move the entire Domain menu tree into a new menu.

This configuration is handled by the Menu module itself. When you place the parent 'Domain' menu item into a new menu, the child items will be placed in there as well.

Go to Admin > Build > Menus

You may have to activate the Menu module (core, optional) first.

Yes I have the menu module active, and i could see the Domains entry which is parent to each domain entry we have. What we are not able to do is to have primary links dependent of which domain is displayed. That is what we would like to do.
