I didn't understand anything from theming overview, I am reading it but I think I don'T understand it, can anyone give me a more spesific start position ?, I mean like "go and edit that file",
Hi JillJack, I can tell you're new to Drupal and it's pretty confusing. but don't give up, it's a super piece of software.
themeing is difficult to explain so you need to do lots of research by yourself. however, here are some pointers from a fellow Drupal newbie.
1) Go to Admin > Build > Menu and edit your primary links. This will allow you to add all the links you need to your menu.
2) You can even nest your links. Back on your Admin > Build > Menu page, look for the Settings tab. Make sure the menu containing the secondary links are the primary links.
3) Style your links with CSS. Here's an article to help you: www.alistapart.com/articles/taminglists
If you already have theme you like, but it does not have menus like this, then you'll need to do some theme customization. That is what other posts are about - take time and read the guides.

Good luck!
You probably need theme, not module
There is couple of modules that create little bit different menus. However, if I understood correctly what you want, you need a theme.
You can browse http://drupal.org/project/themes/ to see if some theme suits you. There is also site with live themes demo - http://themegarden.org.
If you already have theme you like, but it does not have menus like this, then you'll need to do some theme customization. That is what other posts are about - take time and read the guides.
