On http://drupal.org/project/phpids it says:

Warning: PHP5 5.1.6 or better. 5.2.x is recommended.

But View all releases on http://drupal.org/node/158301/release and you can not find anything like 5.1.6 or 5.2.x versions.

Ok, the warning's text is little bit confusing. It appears that version numbers concern programm, that should be downloaded from http://php-ids.org/downloads, not the module itself.

No, they actually concern versions of Drupal. Should be corrected like:

Warning: PHP5, Drupal 5.1.6 or 5.2.x is recommended.

No, it really concern PHP versions, I agree it sounds a bit confusing, I will fix this in a few days.
