I'm getting the following error on the Secure Pages config page:

warning: fread() [function.fread]: SSL: fatal protocol error in /mnt/gs02/herd03/30445/domains/bedbehavior.com/html/includes/common.inc on line 474.

I'm not sure if it's causing problems with my site or not, but it's showing up when I visit the config page.

This is usually caused by PHP not having openssl compiled in.

But the only time this is called is during a test to make sure the SSL has been enabled on the webserver. This will not impact on the running of you website.

You need to configure your web server, apache to allow you to access your drupal installation via https
