I know that there has been a bug report with a similar problem that has been fixed in 1.3. I also had the issue with the previous version, but it remains with 1.3 even after saving the content type permissions and per node permissions again.

My anonymous user is not able to access any page at all, though he is allowed to access it in the content type and the node settings. When disabling content access, it suddenly works, so I guess the probleme here.

I have just made it work again. I had the weight set to 0, then to -10. Now it is set to 10 and it is working again. But I don't know what was blocking it before....

Probably another node access module interfering. Reopen if you have problems again.
