Need help with Menu! Please

I'm new to Drupal and need all the help i can get and want to thank you in advanced.

I run a service based business and want a link on my navigation bar to a page that shows the last time I serviced and what I did for my client. I can make these pages individually but I want it to take them to their own page and not another clients. I'm using the private module to keep them from seeing each others history but I want an easy way for them to get their own history page. i just cant seem to think of a way to show a link based on who's logged in, and if possible to make it goto the login screen if there not already.
