Is it possible to point to a different node for each language's home page:
eg:

en (default) => domain.com/
us => domain.com/us
french => domain.com/fr

On the site information admin page, if I change the language, the home node text field becomes disabled.

I want to do this because I use panels for my home page and therefore cannot translate the node created by panels.

It is automatic.
Simply create transaltions of your home page.

How to set a different front pages for every language?
If I simply create transaltions of my home page - it does not help. If I change language, I still receive the default language front page but not translated version.

Multilingual system is set to show Only current language.
