Big project - large website needs creating and developing

Hello there.

I have a Joomla website with over 2000 content items and a bridged SMF forum with thousands of members.

I want to convert the entire website to Drupal.

I'm looking for a bright, experienced Drupal developer or team who has/have the time and ability to:

- Build from scratch a new Drupal site based on my requirements.

- Develop new or hack existing modules.

- Move content from Joomla to Drupal (I can do the boring repetitive stuff).

- Build and apply themes based on designs I will submit.

- Have their own ideas about things which work and don't work on the site.

- Competently advise on security and performance issues.

I'm also looking for an eye for design, an understanding of SEO and a tight grasp of the English language.

This is a fairly large project and I'd like to see it as the start of a lengthy working relationship with the right developer. I know I don't sound like a bundle of laughs in this message but I'm alright really.
