Thanks for any help in advance.

Background:

I have two sites, one with Acid Free, one with Image Module 5.x-1.4x. Both have the most current Path Auto set up. Image Cache is not set up yet.

Question:

I notice in image search results that people like nyobserver.com seem to be able to have their images show up in addition to normal web search results.

Ex: nyobserver.com/.../Transom-HarrisonFord1V.jpg

This is what is found during image search results.

Now this is the same picture only linked in it's "original context"

http://nyobserver.com/2007/indiana-jones-and-temple-learning-aging-actio...

Bottom Line:

My main images are jpg BUT for some reason my raw titles are being stripped of their extensions. I'd like to keep the .jpg or add a .html extension.

Where do you think I can create or maintain my image url separate from the content url?

I'm beginning to think that it may have something to do with my Image Cache, which is not being utilized right now. Otherwise, where do you think I can change this?

Example of existing content:

http://ratrodderalley.com/content/1968-dodge-d100-rat-rod

I'd like it to also have a url '..../1968-dodge-d100-rat-rod.jpg' so that it shows up in image searches.

Thanks again. This is making me go a little crazy,

Lorraine

Sorry, unfortunately this request is way too specific. Please have a look at the issue queue - Image maintainers are buried already. You might want to try to get further support at http://drupal.org/support. Additionally, the answer to your question might be covered in the handbooks at http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/image already.
If you were able to solve this issue on your own in the meantime, you might want to add the involved steps to this closed issue, so other users searching for a similar solution might find it.
