No hecktic needed here but I wanted to open a post to collect information about the progress of SpamSpam module in Drupal 6.

The reason I am doing this now is because I have just found flexifilter module and believe that it will replace SpamSpam module as an own module and integrate the functionality through an addon. http://drupal.org/project/flexifilter

I have tested spamspan (on D5) but I prefer to have email addresses obfuscated at the theme level.

Thanks for the link, however I think a module still makes sense as not everyone is comfortable with hacking the template.php. Anyways the spamspan module only brings the spamspan technic to drupal the same technic could be applied not by a module but at the theme level as far as I can tell. Just not by everyone.

Is there a site where I can take a look at the result?
