My development server's setup:
- BSD Unix
- Apache 2
- PHP 5
- MySQL 5
- Drupal 5.3 w/ clean urls enabled, several contributed modules, but no "exotic" configurations
I use symbolic links on my development server and it seems that they should be ignored and only 'real' directories should be recognized. I tried taking just the symlinked items offline and I received session errors for each one. The message wasn't very descriptive, but it also provided taken offline confirmation messages for each. When I visited one of the sites I found that it was still online.
Checked the site maintenance 'Site status' setting for each site and neither Online nor Off-line were checked.
A few additional comments on the module's configuration view:
1. Switches to toggle 'Site online' checkboxes (on, off, inverse)
2. Table is really wide, vertically align items to the top, less padding.
3. Clear sessions tables typo: "You*, the site admin,* will not *be* logged out because your session is written back to the table after it is truncated."

thumb commentedI also tried the inverse of what I previously reported and none of the sites were taken offline.

dalinYup I'm still working out the details. As mentioned on the project page this is still in Alpha, there will be a working beta shortly.

thumb commentedI sort of figured. I'll try not to bring up things that you're most likely working on, just little things I see and suggestions.
Thanks again for developing this!

dalinHi thumb,
Thanks for your testing of the alpha release of this. There is now a new release that should fix the issues that you've been experiencing. Also now with batch running update.php for selected sites. I'd be interested in your comments on the new version.
Thanks
