RFQ/RFP: Real Estate Development "Brochure Site"

Hi all,

We have a real estate PR client who is looking to develop a Drupal-based (extensible) web site to showcase a small (50-75 acre) regional land development project. Primarily, this would be a relatively small site which would showcase the existing development projects, tracts of land that are open, and a small amount of info about the county.

The largest amount of work here would involve CCK types to represent parcels and tracks of land available, basis stats regarding the parcels, hold aerial, topo and other views, and other parcel/track-related data.

We have developed a preliminary wireframe which describes the project and are seeking quotes or further proposals based on it. Will send wireframe to any party/developer/shop that emails with interest and has enough background on Drupal.org or elsewhere to show they are a serious contender for the job.
