The drag and drop layout of the book outline breaks Garland with three columns in default install of RC2.

The page for managing book outlines (admin/content/book/XXX) breaks layout in Garland. The edit | view | delete links overlap with the right column at screen width up to 1200px. That is with no levels.

This was already raised in these two issues that have since been closed:

I think the patch in http://drupal.org/node/192736#comment-632427 fixed this issue but the layout part of it never made it into HEAD so it's broken again in RC2.

In my view, this is close to a critical bug, since the layout is broken 'out of the box' with the default theme.

cannot reproduce with latest 6.x in cvs. Can you test it out again with the nightly tarball?

List your browser and version too.

Just tried it with the latest tarball (January 14, 2008 - 00:03) and the problem persists under both Firefox 2.0.0.11 and Opera 9.24. It displays fine under IE7. I don't have IE6 available to try.
