Visilbizing the access from action to action space

i retake here a buried issue

"action space overview" item line to be put above " subscribe in each action space menu on the side bar - Ben you said ok to that many weeks ago

As a complement i would also put a tiny link " access the full action space here " just below the action title

and who will know that one has to click on the bread crumb line to acess the full action space here : http://www.wsf2008.net/fr/node/2634
