$form_state['clicked_button'] does not work

Description
When I try to edit or delete the css, I can only edit or delete the last one, because all buttons seems to be linked to the last row.
tested with drupal6-rc2 and -dev release
It does not work with disabled javascript either.

This was a combination of a bug in CSS Injector and a bug in FormAPI handling. CSS Injector 1.1 will work properly as soon as http://drupal.org/node/214922 is committed.
