klaasvw commentedThanks for the report!
Which blocks are enabled, and could you provide a screenshot?
Thanks,
Klaas

steveparks commentedJust to report that I've experienced the same issue.
The problem occurs when the secondary right sidebar (the leftmost, thinner one, is active - then there seems to be some stylesheet issue and the 3 sidebars fill the width of the page (but without much of their styling), and the main content area drops below them - until you go to admin>blocks page, when its all fine again.
steveparks commentedHere is a screenshot of the bit of the page where the 3 sidebars fill the width..... and a screen shot of the page lower down where the main content is pushed
Comment #6
scoutbaker commented@pilot: That is not supported. From the README.txt file:
The OP does not appear to be using all 3 sidebars as shown in their list of regions and how they expect them to be shown.

SM4JL commentedI have the same problem as written in original post:
"As soon as I enable Deco in Drupal 5.x it moves the content box below everything else. - It moves everything in a horizontal order as apposed to where it should be."
But I have installed latest drupal 6.6 today. Screenshot attached. There are empy block, but if I put some content in them it doesn't make any change to the layout.

c31ck commentedUnable to reproduce in 6.x and 7.x. Could you please provide clear steps to reproduce this issue, starting from a clean Drupal installation with only Deco enabled? Please also mention your browser + version.
