I have installed some languages and default Navigation menu was automatically translated when I switched the languages.
When I decided to rebuild the Navigation menu with my own structure, the moved items stopped to be translated and it was use default English expressions instead.
PS
Locale module was enabled, permissions checked, language files were uploaded and languages enabled, caching was controlled both on server and local browser.
