Being able to see book chapters as you've envisioned it is really powerful.
Is is possible to use this module to create an outline of a book (see a hierarchy of its chapters--but not it's pages)?
I think that would be useful.

In a sense, that's what it does, but I'm wondering if it can be displayed on a page (not on blocks), as an outline.
