I am currently locked out of my site. I was working with the permissions for taxonomy terms and stepped away for a moment when my son logged me out. He did this before I could set me permissions to get to the login area of my site. Is there anyway I can get in to change this!?

I am new this weekend to Drupal and encountered the same problem - locked myself out. I was tinkering with the anonymous user settings and wanted to see what would happen if I unchecked the "access site" check box. Well. Duh.
But easily remedied.
Go to Drupal.org >> Getting Started>>Troubleshooting FAQ>>account permissions and log in issues>>log in after disabling log in block.
Follow the instruction. Replace "example.com" with your development site's url, which should be on a local host on your machine. Mine looks like this "localhost:8888/drupal-5/user" (note: no question marks, since I have clean urls enabled). This should take you to a login block.
Hope this helped.
Drupal On!
