This is a bug fix release. The changes in this release are:
- Fix a typo in the settings form
- Allow administrators to assign a different prefix or remove the prefix from people in the contact form
- Use the l function to create links
- When there are no profile fields defined tell the Administrator they need to define them and link to the page to let them do it
