Feature to wipe the cache

First, I love the module. I use a number of blocks on the Drupal websites that I manage, and it's quite helpful to be able to cache some of the contents of the blocks that I work with.

That being said, one of the frustrations I have is that whenever I update menu items, I need to delete the contents of the block_cache table so that the new menu item will become available. Could there be an option in the added in the admin section that would let an admin manually wipe the contents of that table?
