Currently, is there a way that giving an option for user when sign up if they wish to apply for google apps i.e getting their email username@mydomain.com which will be using Google email? it then save in the table, which later admin can upload the csv file.

No, there is not currently that option, since this module focuses on providing a SSO provider, not on provisioning. One of my fellow SoC participants coded a reasonably awesome provisioning module, which I recommend.
