I´ve attached an image of how the problem looks like.

The thing is that the "+" and "-" buttons doesn´t work. Nathing happens when I click on them.

Yup, I´ve replaced the jQuery that comes with this module...

Hi,

1) I tried voting on your site, and it worked. I guess you updated jquery...

2) The form at the bottom looks wrong because fsdaily's form theme does not support that style. Please use, and customise, "default" rather than "fsdailys".
