Wrong browser. I do have the ability to change it but I'm not sure about reverting a version.

I reverted. It should not have been changed.
I added a log entry indicating it.

I agree, but there was a misunderstanding that should be corrected now. I am more concerned that something like that could be done.

If a person has rights, then they can do it. Appropriate discussion about it is ongoing now.

I have a note to document a process for future to help people understand what to do and what not to do. It hasn't helped that workload kept me from paying proper attention and getting it spotted and corrected earlier.
