Metadata escaped in Views (Patch attached) / Additional Patch

Issue Summary

The last patch worked fine however Views was still displaying the escaped characters. Here's the patch I made for it.

Here's a related patch (which incorporates the one above). This adds URL links to the Webfm metadata: File title field in Views.

I'm committing your patch without giving it much testing - I don't use views (I'd rather write my own sql). Thanks.
