Hi,

It's not possible yet, since the module uses WYMeditor 0.2.
But it will be with WYMeditor 0.4.

Fall_out is working on Drupal 5.x integration.
And I'm working on Drupal 6.x integration.

Do comments support input formats (and a default input format)? This request is a won't fix until input formats come into comments.
