The current stable release of the Rules module has an issue (#1568134: Enabling or disabling a contrib rule makes it disappear) where default rules provided by modules will disappear from the UI after being modified/disabled by the user.

This makes the new KISSmetrics integration difficult to work with so I think that it's worth updating the Rules module to a commit hash that includes the fix.
