I'm working out a online store using drupal but so far I've not seen any ecommerce solutions which allow me to track and automatically add a consignment fee based on a percentage of item's price. We need to be able to track the consignment cash flow of each person's sales through the website. Is there such a solution?

seems like every system I've looked at has everything BUT being able to add a consignment fee by percentage, or by flat fee. Without that the Ecommerce solution is pretty much useless

I wouldn't call it useless... Theres subscriptions, which I'm currently using, as well as file download products which i'm currently using... both within the entire content framework of the rest of the site, which i really like. You could add a contrib module to it if you wanted it faster...

Newbie looking for modules and not-a-programmer but just thought I'd say a consignment ability is what I'm looking for too. Or, some way that visitors can add their own products. Kind of like Ebay I guess but it wouldn't have to be an auction. Of course I'd want to be able to monitor the products. Or possibly an auction site. I have installed Ubercart though its not functional yet. I had hoped/thought perhaps there was a way I could add a consignment option. Don't seem to think there is one. There is something about "merchants" I have to look into. Maybe a merchants account I can use for visitors if they are authenticated? I wonder if that could give me the means. Is there something safe and dependable and easy, out there for Ubercart, or for that matter, just Drupal? Or even not-for-Drupal for that matter.
