Description
I think http://drupal.org/node/75047 should be titled Versions prior to 4.6.5
as it provides instructions to reach this version – not what to do if you have this version. I know it's old but http://drupal.org/node/210950 brought it to my attention.

#1
But it's "Versions prior to 4.6.5 including 4.6.5"
Is that really a help compared to "4.6.5 and prior versions" ?
#2
I know that the page refers to version 4.6.5, but doesn’t provide any instruction about what to do with it.
Imagine you have 4.6.5 installed, as the person posting http://drupal.org/node/210950 has: Would you find this page useful?
What about ?

What about ? The current title is still misleading: Those people needing to upgrade from 4.6.5 do not need this page and it has nothing to help them. Everything for upgrading 4.6.5 is in http://drupal.org/upgrade/tutorial-introduction .

I changed the title as suggested.
