lost ability to turn off "Posted by" node info

Description
Setting this used to be possible by configuring the image gallery to not display node info.
While it was unfortunate that I could not set them separably, I now can not set this during configuration at all.
Please observe the default configuration for image gallery or offer equivalent configuration options for Postcard.
Perhaps this should have been a feature request, but because function was lost that was present in previous version it seems like a bug.

Ugh, Image keeps changing things around. They set the variable in a different place now. The attached patch updates the line to the newer way. Please test and make sure it works. I will roll a new release if it solves the issue.

OK, well if no one will test it, I'm just rolling it out. Committed to all branches and head. New release for 5 coming shortly.
