Bit of a newbie. Anyway, I can see in token settings that there are [yyyy][mm][dd] token place holders for node creation times.

But for an event i want to substitute the event start year month and day not the creation time. Been tryng all sorts of combinations but all are out of scope. COuld anyone suggest a token I could use?

Hi tonyhrx - are you using the event module to get your "event start" information? If so, the issue you want is here: http://drupal.org/node/167561

If that's not what you need, just re-open this issue.
