Clark has requested we add a way for an enterprise user to easily enable the additional features helpful to enterprise customers of Lingotek. To implement this, add an option to the preferences tab in settings to show enterprise options. The wording should be the following:

[] Enable Enterprise Features
Some features may not be available without an enterprise license of the Lingotek TMS. Call 801.331.7777 for details.

This has been implemented on the 7.x-4.x dev branch, commit #f4d8311..c49a9e2. It will be released with the 7.x-4.06 version of the Lingotek module.
