Plugin would not load

Description
When testing Htmlarea (latest stable release - 5.x-2.1), I couldn't get the editor to replace the standard text area. I went through the readme and installation guide, but still no dice. I was using the correct version of Drupal, and the default theme.
Here is the HTML from the content creation page. I'm afraid I haven't a clue what javascript would be causing the problem.
