Several changes should be made to the format of text in the Lingotek module:
- Field collections should be labeled appropriately in the settings panel, including descriptions and status
- Change notes related to field collections to be consistent with asterisks (see comments columns in the settings tab for proper format)
- Fix typo in lingotek module from 'lingotek_workbench_mdoeration_transition' to become 'lingotek_workbench_moderation_transition'

These small changes have been fixed now in dev branch 7.x-4.x, and they will be released as part of the upcoming 7.x-4.06 version of the Lingotek module. The following commits comprise these fixes:
