The profiles 'Automatic' and Manual' are basic profiles created for all accounts. These should not be delete-able by users.

Fixed and committed, revision 8b13d3284375767f42166cd8ca677d109e3db59f. This is currently in the dev branch and will be included in the 7.x-4.06 release.
