I've added a CCK field group to event content type, and all the fields in the group show twice on node view. Also I've tried to change the body field label, and this didn't work.
I worked around this issue by creating a different event-enabled content type, and it worked fine.
Is this a bug or was I doing anything wrong?

Looks like this is more of a CCK issue - just found http://drupal.org/node/159258 and http://drupal.org/node/159268 . Moving to CCK.
