I'd like to try this out and use ezmlm, but looking at the qmail references, this appears to be something that the host must install? Am I right, do many hosts have this? Is ezmlm and this module only userful for those on virtual or dedicated servers?

qmail is a mail server program, like sendmail, postfix, exim, etc. The mail server program is selected and installed by your hosting provider. Check with your host to see which one they have installed. If they are using qmail, they may also support ezmlm.

The ezmlm module is useful on any host that supports ezmlm.
